Horad No Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Horad. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and hassle-free. To maintain transparency and clarify our refund policy, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from our Shopify store.

1. No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any product or service under any circumstances.

2. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for products purchased through our Shopify store / WhatsApp / Instagram / Or Calls. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please refer to our "Defective or Damaged Items" section below for further instructions.

3. Defective or Damaged Items:
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at info@horad.in within 2 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product along with your order details. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or store credit.

4. Cancellations:
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

5. Digital Products:
No refunds will be issued for digital products or services, including but not limited to downloadable files, software, and online courses.

6. Final Sale Items:
Certain products may be marked as "final sale," and no refunds or exchanges will be offered for these items.

7. Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products due to a change of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with the product.

8. Shipping:
Shipping delay and items lost in shipment shall be dealt with the sole responsibility of the management of shipping partner and if compensation required shall be reimbursed for items lost in transit by courier to customer directly. "HORAD " is under no obligation to provide refund for delay in delivery , early delivery,  wrong delivery , address mismatch , items lost in shipment and any issues arising due to shipping company error.

9. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or any other issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and other unforeseen events.
