Price Match Promise Agreement
This Price Match Promise Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between “Horad.in” (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the customer (referred to as "you" or "your") for purchases made on our online store ("Horad").
- Price Match Promise: 1.1. We offer a Price Match Promise to provide you with the best value for your purchase. 1.2. If you find a lower price for the same product, with the same specifications and conditions, from a qualifying competitor, we will match the price. 1.3. Qualifying competitors include reputable online and brick-and-mortar retailers who operate within the same geographic area or have comparable shipping and distribution capabilities.

Price Match Procedure: 2.1. To request a price match, you must provide us with clear and verifiable evidence of the lower price, such as a legitimate screenshot, publicly verified advertisement, purchase invoice with appropriate tax and legal information or written quote from the qualifying competitor. 2.2. Price match requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase on our Store. 2.3. Price match requests will be reviewed by our customer support team, who will determine eligibility based on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2.4. We reserve the right to request additional information or decline a price match request if the evidence provided does not meet the specified criteria.

Price Match Eligibility: 3.1. Price match eligibility is subject to the following conditions: a. The product must be identical, including brand, model, size, colour, version, and any relevant technical specifications not limited to material, Zari quality, approved lab reports, etc. b. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the qualifying competitor. c. The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the request. d. The price match must take into account any additional costs, such as taxes, shipping fees, or promotions, associated with the competitor's offer. e. The price match cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.

Price Match Decision: 4.1. Our decision regarding price match requests is final and binding. 4.2. If your price match request is approved, we will adjust the price of the product to match the qualifying competitor's price. 4.3. We may ask at any time additional information such as a lab report certified by the Ministry of Textile, Indian Government and any other relevant documents to make an informed decision.

Limitations and Exclusions: 5.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice. 5.2. The Price Match Promise does not apply to clearance sales, liquidation sales, auction sites, membership clubs, unauthorised resellers, individual unorganised sellers, small traders, exclusive items, personalised items or pricing errors. 5.3. The Price Match Promise does not apply to products sold as part of a bundle or package deal. 5.4. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price matched products per customer.

General: 6.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding the Price Match Promise and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. 6.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Salem District Court, Tamil Nadu, India . 6.3. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India .
By making a purchase on our Store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Price Match Promise Agreement.
